Due to the personalised nature of our products,we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All of our products are custom-made to your specifications, ensuring a unique and personalised item exclusively for you. Please review your order details thoroughly before finalising your purchase.
1.2 No Returns
We are unable to accept returns for the same reasons stated above. Once a product is customised, it cannot be resold or reused, preventing us from accepting return requests.

2. Replacement Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Replacement
Replacements are offered only in the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged. In such cases, we are committed to providing you with a replacement of the same item.
2.2 Procedure on Replacement

Notification
You must inform us of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your oder. Please contact our customer service team at info@astroinvite.com with a clear uncut unboxing video of the package along with your name and order number on a piece of paper. Such a video will be used as photographic evidence of the damage.

Return of Damaged Product
Once your claim is received and acknowledged, you will be required to ship the damaged product back to us. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit. Note that the shipping cost for returning the product will be borne by you.

Quality Checks and Inspection
Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a thorough quality check and inspection to verify the damage. This process may take up to 3 business days.
2.3 Approval and Replacement Timeline
If the product replacement is approved, a replacement product will be shipped to you within 7 business days of approval. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the replacement is dispatched.
In the event that the damage is not confirmed upon inspection, we reserve the right to return the product to you without a replacement
